I bought this from a member on the forum last month and just got around to putting in on.
I found out that it doesn't fit on my 08 Elise. I should have asked what the thread size was.
It has M10 thread and mine is M12, so I am putting it back up for sale, $55 shipped.

I believe it would fit an 06 as the earlier model years had M10 thread.
