As many of you know, I am having continuing problems with my car. The car has been in/out of the service enough over same problem, and I have decided to ask for a new car.
Who should I contact at Lotus USA? Any inputs would be greatly appreciated (please PM me if you would like to keep the conversation private). I hope to resolve this matter without getting an attorney and media involved.
