Can anyone quickly run a tape measure from the edge of the car to the center of the lift pad (both front & rear)? I dont have my car currently (nor will i soon), and i need to pull the trigger on a jack before then, so need to know if it'll reach the lift pads. I cant remember if the rear lift pads are the same distance as the fronts from the edge of car either...

Thanks

Joe

It looks like about 15 inches in the front and 9 inches at the rear.

Good!
One of the potential issues to keep in mind with floor jacks, however, is the height of the rear of the jack sides (max fixed height off the floor). You want those side pieces to be well clear of the car sill as you push it under the car from the side. It looks like your choice will be OK.

3 ton Heavy Duty Low Profile Floor Jack with Rapid Pump®

only linking for reference-I have been using that one with no problems. Plenty of clearance front and rear until I added my side skirts, then I just needed to drive onto two sheets of 3/4" ply on the front tires to clear my skirts. You should have no problem
