I prefer the 1988 40th Anniversary Edition Esprit over a normal production Esprit Turbo of the same year.
The special pearl white paint,colour matched wheels and blue and grey suede interior look great IMO .
As long as its in good condition (especially the interior) I would think it would be worth at least 10% to 20% more than an ordinary '88 in the same condition.
However most do not want the pre-'89 non -chargecooled Citroen transaxle Stevens era Esprits as the later SE offers a marked performance and handling advantage over the early X180 model which pretty much had the same drivetrain and chassis setup as the late HCI Giugiaro Esprit.
