After watching the video...some folks may want to go to Amazon.com and order a Pilates DVD...you still have time to get as firm, flexible and lightweight as your Elise.

you prob already know this but its an elise series 1 that is featured in that video. the hood on the series 2 is a huge improvement over the old one. the sills are also easier to get across. you can actually unhook the roof from your side of the car whilst sitting in it if you want to make getting out real easy. I can post some pics if needed.
