Hey guys these are the best pictures I could get with the windshield and lighting.... So I was installing new 5 1/4 speakers in the front and when using the tool to remove some of the foam, it got away from me and put a nice mark in the dash :wallbang:.... Any ideas on how I might be able to cover it up?

Thanks......

A 240 or 260 S should do it.

You could pull your entire dash out and have it covered in Alcantara?

You need to watch those car makeover shows.

they remove the entire dash, sand it down, and respray the surface... PITA

You should buy one of the other guys (I was the guy that never got back, sorry, I decided to get the ring spacers and put in the larger speakers)

I've known a few car audio installers that could make things just like this a lot less noticeable. but its not easy. especially given the amount (or lack of) room in that area. My old roommate used to be a master @ repairing plastic panels. (they break a lot of them, so they either have to get a deep pocket, or learn to fix them.)

Well I did try my best..... I was thinking of taking a small piece of metal, painting it and using that to cover it up, and of course doing the same thing on the other side..... Or half naked hula girl works but I'm sure would add way toooooooo much weight to the car......

How hard is it to pull the dash?

Not hard, but you'll need some more plastic tab things for the airbag cover. AFAIK they break when it is removed.
