Have any of you guys dealt with Hayes at Wirewheel? He has a some cars that just went up for sale, but there's no way I can get down there to see them. Anyone close to Vero Beach able to check them out and give me your take on them? I'm interested in the black and possibly the white Elise.
Thanks!

Went to HS and College with Hayes, he hooked me up with my first Europa long before he became a dealer, and I've bought two cars from him since...both sight unseen.

He's great to work with.

Hayes is totally worth working with. I had wished I had purchased my last lotus from him instead of the direction I went. He posted an exige about a month after I put payment down on an elise. He is a very upstanding guy to work with, bought parts from him recently and easy to work with and talk to. :Wallbash:

I haven't bought anything from Wire Wheel.... Yet.

But, based on reputation, some arms length interactions at various track events, and hearing several first hand accounts of others' experiences buying there, when Hayes has the right car for me at the right time, I will have absolutely no doubts or reservations whatsoever.

In addition, if I am ever looking at a car in that area at a shop other than Wire Wheel, I will be reaching out to Hayes and his team for inspection and opinions prior to purchase.

Must be referring to the Black Elise 2006 on wirewheel.com on hold. Nice...gorgeous looking car!!!

I am pretty sure there are a couple of parts on that car from me. :)
