I know you posted this in the 'California Region' forum but if you happen to be in the Phoenix area before you buy anything I'll take you for a ride.

It's a bit of a drive from Fresno, but if you drive to the Monterey area on Sunday the GGLC has an Autocross at the Marina Airport. You're welcome to stop by and I'm sure we can find some folks that will happily give you a ride or two!

I live in Hanford about 37 miles south of Fresno but my Elise is currently undergoing lots of work supercharger install and clutch flywheel upgrade. I do know of of a Fresno owner. He is frankieh1981 here on LT. Not sure how much he is on LT.
