Hi All,

Lotus Corps would like to extend an invitation to all track enthusiasts to attend our seventh annual Carl Grabowski Memorial track day, to be held on Monday, May 18th, at Blackhawk Farms Raceway. A flyer and registration form can be downloaded here.

We offer easy online registration for your convenience at the above web address. You may use a credit card or PayPal for payment, and fill in your entry form via the web.

Note that this years early-bird registration deadline was March 16th, but I have extended it for a couple more weeks, after which the price goes up by $25 or so.

We are also seeking experienced driving instructors and volunteers (experienced or not) to help with this event. Please contact me for details.

Cheers!

I am already signed up and looking forward to it.

For anyone that has not attended this event before. It is a great day out at a very fun track with a bunch of great people. No mater what happens it is tons of fun. Last year there were 2 of us who ran out of fuel while on the way to the gas station even that was fun and a learning experience (bring a gas can with).

I don't remember the info for the hotel that is in the area that has been used before if you could post or PM it to me I would appreciate it

This a well run event with an awesome turnout of Lotus cars. If you haven't done it before, I highly recommend it regardless of your skill level.

We have friends visiting from out of town then, but we will show up to say hello to everybody and get on the track over the lunch hour.

seems the only city mentioned in the "directions" aren't mentioned except the mailing address of beloit, il.
i take it that that is where the track is.
look carefully at the map, it has only route numbers, it has, however a state border or two.
thanks for the help.
finding out that it's in illinois (i guess) it's too far for my interest. it was listed in the ohio/indiana/michigan forum and that was what piqued my interest...ohio.
