Seriously, if you want the light, the dealer may be the only place. If you just want a key blank, a Miata key blank can be used. But you have to take it/get it from a lock smith with a "real" key making machine. The "cartridge" type of machines that they use in places like Lowe's, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, etc.) won't make a working key from the blank. The reason is that the Miata key has a longer "tip" that is not used. The old fashioned type of key copying machine will easily cut off the tip as it makes the key, but a cartridge type of machine will not, and it will bottom out in the key slot of the Elise.
The best part is when people don't believe its your and ask to see the key and you show the them non descript key and say "Im super for serious"..........
