As some of you know, I've been working on some renewable energy/green-tech deals lately. One of the companies I've been following is Lotus (the engineering side).

While they have been extremely good at putting significant resources towards green-tech, I thought this new idea is just too... random...

Yes, while I do believe the people with disabilities should not be penalized by some of the new changes, I thought this idea is just too stupid. I think it would be better to have wireless devices built-in to the cars to give some sort of signals, but this "noise maker" idea is just too stupid....
