I just had some minor repairs done on my 2012 Evora S, and since I was already going to the Daytona 24 Hours, I went to Lotus of Jacksonville. Having done so, I can very enthusiastically recommend them for service.
The service manager (Pat Ojeda) was very accommodating in setting and keeping the appointment and also in having the anticipated needed parts already at the dealership. Since I live 710 miles from Jacksonville and had only a 1 day window of time for these repairs, this was very important. Additionally, the actual mechanic/tech/assistant service manager (Nathan) was great at his job ( he changed my window regulator without even looking at a repair manual or bulletin) and was also extremely customer-oriented by virtue of talking me through the repairs, pointing out things to look out for in the future, and in generally teaching me more about the Evora.
I could not be more pleased with how well I was treated by Lotus of Jacksonville, and I would enthusiastically encourage anyone owning a recent Lotus to seek them out for service needs.
