Just had another amazing customer service experience with Don (the service advisor) and Craig (the Lotus tech) regarding my 2001 Esprit.

I've had ongoing problems with the passenger side rear axle half shaft seal leaking; the last time they replaced it in March, Craig found some raised metal which was removed and we thought that would be the end of the problem. However, it started leaking again so I took it back and they replaced the seal but had a problem getting it out and as a result broke a roll pin.

Not only did they get and overnight a new roll pin but they gave me a loaner car for two days while the work was being done and before I picked the car up gave it a thorough wash. The final bill? - zero, nothing, nada.

Great job Lotus of Orlando, you certainly know how to treat your customers.

I know them both personally. Over the years, they, as well as the entire dealership, have shown nothing but the highest quality standards when dealing with my Elise and Evora.
