If yes, I think we have unearthed the nut of the problem.

It's only different in that it has a LSD in it.

The complaint I've heard about the LSD in the Elise is that the car gets twitchy at hgih speeds. This may be less of an issue in the Exige because of the extra downforce, or it may be becasue the "track" version of the Exige has adjustable shocks, and they can tune around it. Or maybe they jumped the gun and put it on the option list before they figured out they couldn't make it work.

Unless we get a definitve answer from Nick Adams or ony Shute, we're all just guessing.
