I have a set of LSS Bilstein shocks for sale. They have about 16K on them no leaks. $375 to your door!

The LSS suspension is about 15% stiffer as the springs rates are higher on the LSS set up vs. the base "touring" suspension. Other than that, I believe they have the same struts...not positive on that one.

LSS is not height adjustable unless they have been doctored by BOE with grooves. Then you can adjust the seat collar location allowing you to remove preload, thus allowing the car to settle at a lower point.

The shocks make the car sit lower then the base by about .25". Also, they are valved stiffer. Transitional response is greatly increased over base.
