After reading yak52pilot's thread about his M.S. racing valved exhaust for his Exige S and seeing that they develop exhausts for Ferraris/Lamborghinis, I took an interest in seeing if they actually sell anything for Lotuses.

www.msracing.net is in all Japanese. Anyways, got an email back :p

Dear Michael,

I am sorry for my slow reply.
And thank you for being interested in my products.

I produce exhaust systems after header in case of Lotus Elise.
It costs \300,000 contained batterfly valuve, \240,000 without valuve.
The style of finisher is dual type (each one for both side).
It will costs about \40,000 for shipping.

I will produce and send after checking your payment.
Please pay by Japanese yen using an international remittance in bank.
If you are to order, I will tell you my Japanese bank account.

I am looking forward to your order.

Best regards,

President of M.S. Factory
Michiyoshi Suzuki (Representation : Takaaki Mizutani)

300,000 yen is approximately 2,807 dollars and 240,000 yen is approximately 2,246 dollars according to Yahoo!

Pics of the exhaust can be seen here.

Anyways, I don't exactly have yen lying around, but just thought I'd post in case anyone is interested. It's a gorgeous piece of equipment and I might buy it soon.

Cat+muffler. It is really a work of art. Plus you get two-in-one soundwise. Just gotta make the lil flap and valve work.
You gotta pay for all this fun though. This particular system was 4k. And its not light. About 38lbs (the whole plumbing). Almost as heavy as stock.
