Occurs to me a lot of things coming up...

New Sunday cruise ins...

The Holy Donut is still going strong in Burtonsville, MD every Sunday morning. Hot Rods, Ferraris, Lambos, etc. The shopping center will be closing/be bulldozed soon, but for now the attendance is outstanding, a couple hundred cars at least.

New Sunday cruise site in Montgomery County, MD: Shady Grove Shopping Center. 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. They're trying to set themselves up as an alternative to the Donut when it shuts down/relocates.

September 7: Cars and Sammies in York Pa, see other thread.

September 13: NOVA fun run, see other thread by ChrisD.

September 20. DC/Maryland Chapter Lotus Limited Annual Picnic in Ellicott City, MD. Lots and lots of Lotus of all kinds (Type 14 Elite, later Elites, Lotus 6, 7, Europas, Elans, Eclat, Esprit, Exige, Elise, X180R Race Cars, etc.), but also Ferrari, Jags, Lambos, Noble, Shelby (real), Ford GT's (usually plural), a hot rod or two, etc.

September 21. Meeting of the Marques. Allenberry Resort at Boiling Springs PA. Annual British Car Meet (Pugg57...your car took second in class last year). Last year for British only meet, afterwards will be open to all European cars.

September 27. MG on the Rocks, The Rocks State Park in Harford County, MD. British Car Day sponsored by the American MGB Association. Nice meet, nice location, great back roads to get there.

October 9, 10, 11, 12. Endless Summer Cruisin', Ocean City, MD. 4 day car show, hot rods and special interest cars, at the inlet parking lot. Registration required. Usually about 2000 cars.

October 18. Brits by the Bay at Downs Park in Anne Arundel County, MD. British Car Day, absolutely outstanding location, overlooking the Chesapeake Bay.

Other: Bull30 will be scheduling a fall tour up into southern Pa and down through western Maryland (confederate retreat route?). I'm sure he'll be posting on here.

Sporting drives or polish/shine/show, no reason not to put some miles on your car before winter, and meet some local Lotus folks.
