After a heavy bump to the front end and completion of the repair work the MIL light has been on and stays on until the ignition switch is turned off.
The car is running as good as it ever did but OBD analysis reveals 4 potential issues: P1402 cooling fan relay open but the fan runs correctly on and off according to the specified temperature range. P1336 s2 crankshaft position system variation not learned. Surely problems in this area would prevent the engine from running. P1470 s2 coolant recirculation relay open and 1460 ac relay open. The latter two faults I believe refer to cars with air conditioing which my Elise does not have.
The Elise is S2 sport 135 with k series engine (reg 2002)
Any help or thoughts on this would be appreciated.

You might have better luck over on SELOC. This is primarily a US site and we won't have many Rover owners here. Hopefully any who are here might chime in.
