Have you looked at other ones to compare value? A 2010 for $49.9k seems a bit pricey. I bought a 2014 still under factory warranty for way less than that. You can find 2010's for under $40k. Check if the dash was fixed from warping. Do a little research.
People in the Lotus family always help each other out. I would look at a later 13 or a 14. Pretty much all the bugs were fixed by this time. Around low to mid 50's you can find a supercharged one. 2015 and 2016 they didn't make them for the U.S. 2017 introduced the Evora 400. Took me 3 or 4 months to find the right one. I originally wanted white but found a Laser Blue one.
