The 111R is basically the same as the federal Elise but with the old interior. Below is a link to the Piston Heads review:D

Storm Titanium doesn't look too good on a cloudy day, does it?

Nope sure doesn't, but what car really does look great on cloudy days. Luckily I live in a very sunny place.

seems like ted likes it, but doesn't love it. He is coming from a TVR standpoint, so i can understand his problem with a vtec style, dual personality engine.

"not enought or too much"
I'm consuder the fact that i must try the car before placing my order...
I don't wanna spent 48.000 euro to get a car that is impossible to overtake before 6000 rpm!
Giving the throttle a bit of a prod gave me more noise and a red light at 5,000rpm but I needed to let it warm up before I could explore the part of the dial between 5,000 and 10,000rpm!

Mmmm...sounds like a 'smart' shift light. I didn't realize that the light would come on earlier if the car is not sufficiently warm. Must be similar to the system found in BMW M5/M3s. That's a welcome bit of info.

His comments about the ABS system were also quite reassuring.

Thx for posting.

I'm sure my flying frog will look great regardless of weather conditions :p
LOL. Just don't park it on the grass... You'll never find it again:D
