I always want an Elise since it came out, and finally couple weeks ago I pulled the trigger and trade in my 06 mazdaspeed 6 for a almost perfect 06 elise with 7500 miles (front under clam is slightly damaged).

Right after I got the car it went straight into body shop to repair and shave the front clam. The I bought a set of SSR wheels with street tire for daily use. I travel a lot as an IT consultant, now every time I come home first thing I do is taking it out for a spin!!

Nice shaving job too. I might ask them to do that to my front clam when they replace it. nifty.

What kind of tires are on there?

Just Cheapo General Exclaim UHC. I bought the set from tirerack for around 1500 shipped and they recommend those tire for me for daily use. The shaved front end cost me 1200$.
