Just saying hey, probably will be asking a few questions over the next few months.
I've been a "lurker" on here for awhile,so I've read every "sticky" and how to and what to look for....type things
Despite that I bought forum member Henry Abenanio's wrecked and repaired
Argent Red 2005 Elise.....
I'm a LONG time autox'er and a Mechanical engineer ,and a garage monkey
so I've already discovered most of the cars "bad repairs"
Unbelievable what a repair shop will do to these poor little cars to get them back on the road.
Screws and fasteners missing everywhere, rear diffuser riveted onto the liscense mount,a bent nail holding one side of the liscence mount vent.......
But I'm fixing it all and saving the little car.

From elan+2, who took fastidious care of the car in the time he had it.

>and its been to my friends alignment shop
The Alignment Guy

rdub intoduced us to him, and he's the best alignment guy ever. If you want your car aligned and corner-weighted right, he's your man.

rdub is a much faster autocrosser than I and most of you. All of us hereabouts can't wait to see how he makes this Elise fly.
