Okay, its in Dutch. I don't speak Dutch, so I used Babelfish:

Actually, its probably not a big deal, upon closer inspection, this article seems to be from 2001, and is probably talking about the 111S or similar rover-based car.

Thanks Arno, I forgot we had our resident Dutchie. The people on the other forum are trying to teach me all things Dutch including learning foods like zuurkoolstamppot and boerenkoolstamppot and erwtensoep.....and something about a limburg cheery crumble flan....and the most important.. hangop.

Mmmm.... hangop.

Be careful about accepting translations from the Dutch they have a strange sense of humour. I spent about 3 months when I was 18 in Holland and had been taught a few useful Dutch phrases by a dutch friend before I went. It took me a while to realise that when I thought I was saying "Hello, Good Morning" I was actually saying "Hello, I'm a fried egg".

Actually, even though it's Dutch, the encheferizer does a surprisingly good job of making it more intelligible:
