New small elise website

I ran across a website i had not seen before at uselise.com and there is not much there but under the car color section, the blue that is listed is brilliant. If that is indeed magnetic blue, i think i've found a winner.:p

Those colors are photoshopped (fake, but approximate). For a better representation of the actual colors, check out the color guide here at Elisetalk.
LOL. I'd like to mention something about USElise (because it's my website).

It's currently WAY under construction, and not open to the public yet. I just started the color selection thing last night, just to put something up in that area. The final colors (once they're done) will be much better.

While we're on the subject, though, is there anything else anyone would like to see in an Elise Community website besides what's there already? Here's what I've got planned:
  1. Color Selector
  2. Photo Gallery
  3. News
  4. Dealership Reviews
  5. Calendar of Events by location (for Track Days et. al.)
  6. Forums (pointing to EliseTalk like they are now)
You probably couldn't do much in this area now, but longer term I'd like to see an Elise site with lots of technical information. This could include things like: Detailed specs that you don't commonly find in product literature (spring rates, swaybar diameters, alignment specs, weights of parts, etc.). Part numbers for commonly used parts. Torque specs. CEL codes. Detailed modification/repair instructions with pictures.

Pretty pictures won't bring me to a site more than once, and a color selector is only useful before I buy the car. What brings me back repeatedly is the information I need as a car owner.

I agree with you 100%. Thanks for the feedback. How about an "aftermarket tuner" directory or catalog? That might be a useful resource, too?
So will the magnetic blue not look this nice, the color for the magnetic blue on this elisetalk looks like this color but not as vivid. Wondering if this is just a difference in quality of pics.
I have never seen magnetic blue.

Therefore, I will have to say that my approximation of it is incorrect.

How about a .pdf? or adobe acrobat reader file (i'm not sure of the correct file type) of an owners manual or shop manual once they become available.
Elise LSS Info

one topic of particualr interest will be the differences between the LSS and stock suspension packages. Its apparently a 3K or so option that at thsi point only buys bigger front wheels and stiffer shocks. I for one am very interested in LSS, but don't know if there may be viable options that would set up the car in a similar way.
