Howdy Folks!
Just picked up a 2005 SY Elise! With Choi0706's expert eye, we looked at an Elise and drove her home yesterday! WOOHOO! :nanner:
Thanks again, Choi0706!
This is my second Lotus, the first being a '91 M100 Elan which went to the salvage yard in the sky 1/30/09.
Many (s)miles in store with the new Elise, I'm sure!

Saffron is one of my fave colors. 05 has drive by cable and the best pedals too.
You call it "Saffron," I call it "please-don't-hit-me-schoolbus-yellow!" rotfl

Agree about the cable. Maybe I've just watched Matrix 1 and Terminator 1 too many times, but I'm just not keen on gas-by-wire.

Wallabyguy, thanks for all your help! Car has some very very minor issues, ones one expects in a handbuilt car.

Congrats sf yellow is the fastest color. I was drivng through brenam texas last week and the Blue Bonnets looked awsome from the HW. Thought about taking a similar pic except I had no camera and I was in my station wagon!

I was thinking a flame job would make her go even faster! I'm sure I can cut the 0-60 time by half a second with the right flame job!

Drop me a PM. I have a Nikon D200. Let's go during the week sometime right at sunset. Magic hour for lighting!

Wallabyguy, the ice cream was had with the pecan pie about an hour earlier. Remember the Alamode! rotfl
