Hi - don't know if this is Lotus inspired or Caterham but it's a kit car / bike / trike that I purchased to have fun with. Just received and thought I would share. Uses a 1998-2006 R1 as a donor. Mine is 2004.

It will be around 420hp/tonne so it should move pretty quick.

Ohh nice, is that a MEV kit? One of these days may have to look into one of these.

I'm tempted most by the easier registration/insurance logistics, since it's classified as a motorcycle, and cost, compared to other kit formats.

Have fun!

Yes, it was a MEV kit that is now distributed by ExoSportsCars. Same feelings on the "easier to register". Seats came in today.

Thats very cool.
I don't believe I have seen one out and about.
I like the T-Rex but crazy money for me...
I enjoyed the Slingshot for what it was....

You better get some tire underneath you out back.

Great job, looks really well made
Driving impressions?
Thanks. It's an insane drive if you really push it. Calm if you are cursing. The motor wails at 12k+ RPM. The steering is very direct (elise like) and of course the wind in your face. Visceral for sure. >:)

Sequential gear box means your can rip through the gears very fast. Great traction for steering and pretty loose in the rear makes it a handful if you do not manage throttle. No traction control on this beast but great brakes.

Very fun for sure but don't get stuck in the rain.

So cool. Do they make a 2 rear wheel conversion kit?

None that I have seen. It would be harder to register because it would fall under car rules instead of motorcycle.
