There are several differences shown in these shots.

* different headlights, front air dam
* windshield frame support is different
* different door handles
* 5 bolt wheels
* looks like a different folding top, similar to the MR2 Spyder

The car debuts in Geneva in March, so Mazda can't be that far off from the final design.

I'll be back in Italy around that time. I fly out of Geneva, so it looks like I'll be able to see the auto show again. :)

Miata

I still love those cars. The miata will always be my default car.

When in doubt. you'll never go wrong getting one.

I second that one. I respect the sportiness of the Miata but really wish it had more in the looks department. Sort of blah styling compared to what they could do.

Becareful what you wish for. What if the next Miata turns out looking like the Z4! :eek:

I think the Z4 is gorgeous. The Z3, OTOH, was a total loss. It looked like a running shoe.

One thing about the new BMWs--they're distinctive. You either love them or hate them, with very little in between.
