Considering selling my Exige. Not because I want to, but I need some cash for business investment.

I can add more pics and such later. For now:

2006 Silver Exige
BWR Supercharger (I have lengthened the alternator wires) and has newer bracket
Koldfire Tune from BOE
Koldfire tuning cable and software
Lightweight battery
Carbon Fiber side scoops
HID lights
Gauge bracket on center console with AEM AF ratio and S.P.A. oil temp gauge
Wired for rear view camera (always on with switch).. still needs wires to be run from behind bulkhead to dash through center console, about 4 hours of work.
Nice head unit with video screen and iPod controller
Kenwood KIV-701
Modified alarm range mod
Nukey Remote control, the best looking key solution
Harness bar
Tinted windows (legal Cali tint)
Team Dynamics Motorsport rims, black
(have extra set of rims with Hoosiers for sale also)
Painted brake calipers
Rear tow hook (Sector 111)
Front tow hook
Leather sill pockets both sides
Painted engine valve cover (orange)
Touring stuff
Soft top conversion (hard top can be removed)
Jim Clayton Bolts for hard top
Tetrax phone mount on dash
Aftermarket carpet buttons, Lotussport mats
Lotus logos on side mirror holes
Original bill of sale, documentation.

Runs strong. Looks great.

Imperfections:
small paint dot where something was touched up on front of clam, maybe size of a pencil eraser
Some scratches on steering wheel
Some blems around driver's side inside door handle. Can be covered with aftermarket door pulls.
Passenger side leather pouches sag a bit.

Just over 35K miles.

California registered and recently smogged (I have smog tune for Koldfire).

$34K
Located in San Diego

My Caterham R400 is also for sale, if I sell that first, I am taking this off the market. No reason to sell both. And I do love the supercharger whine on the drive home. :)

But if you missed the Nukey group buy... this is the only way left to get one next week. Buy a Nukey for $34K, I will ship it to you on Friday. And you get the car too. :)

Wow. They are not kidding about the no discussion rule. :)

I have 4 serious people emailing me about the car. Let me answer some questions on here.

The VIN is on the Maroni sticker above.

The car had a front clam repair, rather minor. Your typical someone backing up into it deal. The sides, mirrors have starshield. The front does not. Anyone who has read my Uberclam thread about my front repair on my earlier 2005 Elise knows I am not a fan of starshield on the front of the car. I feel it costs a similar amount for a respray and it looks better in the meantime. I do recommend the Starshield on the sides in front of the rear tires. Almost a must have.

Tires have plenty of tread. Not a great tire... but fine for the street. Brake pads look good.

The car has never been tracked. I did autocross it for TWO runs... a total of about 120 seconds just to see how it feels (I have other cars for autocrossing, this is my street car). It was fun.

I do not known the version of the BWR SC kit. I do know that the PES tune was replaced by a Koldfire. I also know I extended the alternator wires myself because they were under tension.

AC blows cold.

Some of the minor blems-

Scratches around the steering wheel. I have no idea... something from the previous owner. Passenger side leather pouch and driver's side. Driver's side is perfect. I guess the passenger from the previous owner rubbed on it.

Here is a really quick and dirty video... just to show the sound of the exhaust and supercharger. Only through two gears for 100 yards. The car does go faster. :)

exige sound - YouTube

Yes, it is embarrassing... the guy who makes video systems for Formula 1 teams and NASA, using his cell phone to make a crap handheld video. :)
But it does capture the exhaust and SC sounds.

For a longer video done with a ChaseCam system, see:
http://youtu.be/x4rDd_u9Cxk?hd=1

But since sped up... not much in engine sound. Though I do love the band Love and Rockets

One thing I would do if I kept the car, is probably install a 2bular exhaust on it. It is just a tad too quiet for my tastes now. Great for longer freeway drivers..no drone. But I like a little more pop.

Car is no longer for sale. We had a lot of offers. Just not what I was asking. $34K last week was worth more to me than $34k this coming week, if that makes sense.

Thanks
