You are not going to get the "official" Lotus ECU dump (containing max rpms, engine speed histogram, etc.) from a standard OBD-II cable and standard software.
You should have no problem communicating with the stock ECU to read the OBD-II standard PIDs (load,rpm,coolant temp, throttle, etc.)
