I was leaning towards R4S but the current breaks are OEM and they are just fine I was just trying to keep the status quo. If I go for the r4S are you saying I need to buy specific rotors to go with the brakes? I was under the impression all I need to change out was the pads (yes I'm a newbie)
I'd be surprised if the current disks aren't at or close to minimum thickness (24mm) if you've worn out a set of pads on them. As everyone has said the OEM pads (and disks) aren't as good as aftermarket ones and are very expensive.
