I have the Ohlins on my 2010 exige with the track pack. I recently took the car to be aligned and they noticed one of the rears was seeping a bit, and the other was just stating to. So, need to send in for a rebuild.

I have a contact at ohlins, but on the motorcycle side (which is different). I could contact him and get his recommendation on how to get them rebuilt there, but I wanted to see if there is someplace more Lotus specific that I should send them, or if there are any upgrades to them I should think about.

Thanks!

I have a resource in the Charlotte, NC area that revalved mine. The best upgrade is to change the internal piston so that the rebound and compression adjustments do not effect each other.

PM me if you want to discuss in further detail.

Two or three years ago, I was at PRI in Indianapolis. I talked to Eric Knight at the Ohlins booth (I still have his card).
From my fading memory of the conversation, our shocks (street use) should be rebuilt every five years and would probably cost about $1000.

It is still on my "things to do" list.
