21 years, 2 months for my Europa Twincam (sold March of 01),
11 months (and counting!) for my Elise.

Picture below is me signing to ship the Europa after I sold it.

Are you talking about from when you had the car actually in your possession, when you put down a deposit, when you signed the final paperwork, or when you paid off the car and the bank no longer owned it, etc?

I assume that you mean from the time you physically had the car.

3yrs 6mos 1week, Purchased Oct 6 2004
Beat you by one day- Delivered Oct 5, 2004

Deposit left- August 16,2003

I was Number 7 on the list a Palm Beach Motorcars.
The person who got the first car delivered sold it (serial number 52?), and I think the second one sold (red with sport pack) was repurchased by someone I met at the last Lotus luncheon since it's serial number was a few numbers lower than mine. I dont know what happenned to car owners 3-6. Number 8 sold his right away and number 9 still has hers.

If I add them up, Elise, Exige, Esprit, Europas (3)...a couple of decades.

Earliest date: 1977.

How about the most? 8.

I took delivery on 9/9/2004. :) Deposit placed 1/16/2003. Prior to that, I was on a 'list to be notified of when there'll be an official list', think I was on that for 4 months or so.
