As many of us are wrestling with color choices, I though you all might be interested in one writer's opinion. In the May 1999 edition of Autocar author Colin Goodwin said:
"I made a big mistake choosing yellow. I didn't listen to the critics around me. Mind you, that was aesthetic criticism. I regret the choice for the more practical reason that it is a nightmare to keep clean and doesn't age well"
I don't know if the author was referring to his color choice, or the condition of the paint itself. Just thought I'd pass this on for those in need of some more information...
(I forgot to mention - this was from a 50,000 mile long-term test of a Series One Elise)
