P0354 Ignition Coil “D” Primary/Secondary Circuit 27

Running rough at times and throwing this code, replaced the spark plugs yesterday - it ran great this morning, and on the way home for lunch with no codes. When I pulled into my driveway it seemed rough again and when I started it back up threw this code.

What else should I check/replace to try and get her running good again, car is out of warranty and prefer to fix it myself.

any help is appreciated

the coil is the actual part that sits ontop of the plug, right? I had all of those pulled out last night when I changed the plugs - I probally didn't put them all back in the same spot, i'm thinking maybe the plug that hooks up to the coil is bad :shrug:

I havn't got a chance to follow the wires either and see where they go - looked like they went behind intake manifold somewhere...... anyone know where they end up at?
