They must have just listed it, because I saw it sell just the other day I think at FVMC or other Lotus dealer... don't recall exactly?

Anyway, I think one could probably snag it for 45 - 50k. Worth considering?

Panoz used to have those on display every year at the BRITISH car day show (helps when your dad owns the hotel) at Chateau Elan, never really liked the looks of the car, always reminded me of an elongated egg, or even one of those drop tank racers from the 50s.

The esperante is a great looking car and obscenely heavy!

hate the looks and open wheels - wouldn't trade it even for the Elise and can't drive it around on the streets as far as I know.

I can assure you the AIV is 100% street legal. I have one registered here in CA previously in CT

Very responsive, fast, impractical, fun car. Gets more looks than one could imagine which kind of sucks in it's way. No door locks on car....

best sounding exhaust ever heard(well ever I heard) on a car.

#9 for the elise, but lost my job, not sure what to do with it now(already have 3 cars, elise would make 4, a lot for one person really, but waited HOW many years for this thing???)
