Watched every episode when they first came out. Brilliant series, brilliant actor.

Bought the DVD Boxed set..paid a lot, (I thought)--didn't care. That opening sequence with the 7 was HYPNOTIC. I'll have to dbl check, but I think he only got to drive it onscreen in one (maybe 2?) episodes (beyond the pilot, of course). That show stands up to ANYTHING out today...and tomorrow.Watched every episode when they first came out. Brilliant series, brilliant actor.

Well, I am motivated to get a set and relive some childhood memories. The Prisoner was probably some my first exposure to science fiction outside of books. Yes, I am that old, 53 today.my first boss had one of those.

The was my favorite TV show growing up. If he wanted to influence people, McGoohan certainly suceeded.
