He should be able to fix it. In Europe they actually have Eliges in their wrecking yards. Should be able to get a crash structure over there a lot easier than over here.

most assuredly frame damage - question is, is the cost of having the frame and crash structure fixed worth it for a limited vehicle like this? I'd hope so
It is 80hrs to replace the chassis according to the book (and those that have done it). A new chassis (actually "chassis partial assembly") comes complete with bonded on crash structure and windscreen so that additional work doesn't have to be factored in. Given that labour rates in Taiwan are likely a LOT less than in the US, and that the car costs a LOT more I suspect this will be repaired :)

I doubt there are many 2013 Exiges in the wrecking yards. Are the 2013 Exiges using the same crash structure as Eliges?
