I want to go black with my diffusor and cover the areas in front of the rear wheels with flat black Plastidip because it offers the possibility to remove it if I decide to return to OEM.

My question: How durable and heat resistant is it?

Thanks.

It's very durable on it's own. Doesn't fade in direct sunlight. Rocks will cut right through it however.

It seems to shrug off heat very well as many cars use them on wheels...which do get hot on track or canyon days. I wouldn't apply it to any heat shields or anything, but the diffuser would be no problem.
