My brake pedal feels loose and when I tap it when my feet(without pressing it down), there are some play compare to when the car is new. When I press on it, I can hear the spring stretching.

Is this normal? is there anything I can adjust? I brought this to my dealer and they think this is normal; I sat in 3 other lotus and non feels like mine.

Check to see if the locknut on your brake pedal is tight. After I had my pedal height adjusted, the shop either didn't tighten that nut all the way or it worked itself loose, and then the brake pedal gradually worked its way lower over time. That made it feel like there was play before the brakes would bite.
