Hi guys, need some help again.

'93 SE, fuse number 32 is labeled "Powerwash". What is it?? Fuse 20 on the bulkhead fuse panel is "Windscreen wash/wipe" so its not that.

Never seen it here in the states, but headlight washer?

Powerwash is used on occasions where submarine mode is not feasible before a night drive in spy mode.

I may be wrong but I think one is for the wiper motor and the other for the washer pump...
