I'm sure there's a cars and coffee in or around orange county. If I would have know before I bought my elise, I would have saved me self a lot of time. I went to dealerships that were selling lotus's to asked my question. You are right ask a owner not a sale person.

Lol I hate when people ask how much did you pay. My response is "just a little bit" haven't found a good response. Any suggestions?

Went to C&C this morning. One very nice yellow Elise but no owner to be found so couldn't ask any questions.

I'm always surprised at the lack of manners when someone asks how much I paid for any of my toys. I would only ever ask a good friend. Fortunately most of my toys (vintage cars or motorcycles) came to me as basket cases so the answer wouldn't mean very much to most people. However, my stock answer is "more than my wife thinks!"
