Not that easy... some searching will turn up Porterfield R4S (?) for least brake dust, but hard on rotors, so you may have to replace them more often.

I am assuming that rotor dust is much less problematic than brake dust. ;)
I just bought some new pads from Sector 111.(HB180F.560) I plan on installing them 5/23/09. I'll post my opinion on them a week or two later. *Warning Hijack in progress* btw... Is it difficult to bleed the brakes? I think this would be cake.
