So...I live by DC (suburbs)... heading over to NJMP for a track day later this month maybe, but I have to head up to Montvale NJ (upper NJ) right after... People are telling me that the Lotus is too rough a ride for that area, and its 2.5 hours north of NJMP. Is it? I'd prefer not to skip my track day, as I'd have to take my daily driver

Great thing about lotus is that the suspension was designed for UK's crap roads....you'll be fine.

Ok good, thanks...I wasn't going on the business trip unless I could hit the track Sunday before my meetings Monday ;)

I drive around montvale almost every weekend and the roads arent that bad.
(I attend church in Old Tappan which is a neighboring town) and there is another fellow lotus owner living in Old Tappan.

No sweat!

I live in NOVA and I have driven to NJMP. Do not take route 40. Take NJ Turn Pike to Exit 2 Route 322 and then follow that to 55 South.

PM me if you want some info on places to stay. When are you planning to be there?

I daily drive my Exige and if you always are aware for potholes when you drive, you will be fine.
