Hi all,
I was wondering what size rotors I need to run if I run my stock 2 pot front calibers in the rear via a BOE radical mount. Would I keep running 288mm rotors? Car is an 05 s2 elise with a toyota motor.

Also side note what is the pcd of the stock 288mm rotors in regards to the hat mount bolts?

Thanks!

Yes you can use the 288mm rotors. The Lotus Elise wheels are all 4x100. ?

If you read Turbo Phil’s write up on brakes, it appears that the stock rotors with 2 pot calipers front and rear will satisfy most people braking needs. There is a lot of information on this forum. The stock front calipers use 44mm pistons, if you mount those on the back, you end up with too much rear bias. I ordered the 2 pots for the rear with 38mm pistons, which gets you pretty close to the 55% front- 45% rear bias that is optimum, just something to think about.

I'm adding 308mm 4pots on the front. And going to order the bias adjustment from Boe too. Thanks!
