I was under the car trying to sort out the right side of the exhaust that had lost both of its rubber mounts and saw the following:

1) The heat shield has indentations in it that seem to suggest that there should be some bolts holding the heat shield to the plate holder.
2) The plate holder is fastened using two rivnuts towards the bottom of the plate.

My 111R heatshield is just hanging there. Am I missing those bolts?
After a bit of playing an M5x10 hex bolt and M5x12 washer fits easily through the 1) heat shield and 2) into the rivnut.

Why is this not in the Lotus parts diagrams? It just shows the rivnut

I've seen them missing on what seemed like an undisturbed (from factory) 2006 Exige NA. The holes did not line up, so I guess they just got omitted. It did not look like a problem to me other than allowing for more rattles (character). :)
