I'm installing a rear view camera on my 2011 Evora. I would like to run the wire up to the front to get a better, more reliable picture, but it's difficult to run the wire through the hot engine area. Has anyone come up with a good path to run a wire?

Thanks!

Use the grommet in the upper corner along the passenger side, next to the rear window in the firewall.

Any suggestions on running the wire through the engine compartment? It gets so hot, and there don't seem to be a conduits from the trunk to the engine. Thanks for your help!

I'd probably put the wire inside a split wire loom. They're pretty temp resistant. Zip-tie it along the rear seatbelt "backstay", which attaches to the rear sub-frame.

I believe to access the OE camera hole, the rear bumper cover has to come off.
