Problem: left side-inner tail light has burnt out LEDs
Temporary Solution: deactivate both inner tail lights and re-wire so the brake light is on the outer tail lights. (Federal Eliges have brake lights on the inners only)
Question: How can I re-wire the tail lights?
Ultimate solution: I ordered the GRP V3 lights but they have massive delays on materials due to Covid.

BTW: There is a company that repairs tail lights for $75. www.mindmotorsports.com

Also interested in this info, if you PM'd the OP some documentation. I'd like to convert two of my tail lights to vents in order to draw out engine bay heat.
I can easily provide a kit that would allow you to do that!

Is this possible. Could you disable the inner LED red ring yet retain the reverse light? And, then switch the brake lights to the outers?
i would buy a kit that could do that....
