I bit off quite a bit but keep chewing on my '77 S1 purchased with a torn up, disassembled, incomplete 907. The engine internals are now complete with parts from two Jensen Healey salvage motors and numerous shipments from QED. The pleasing, light exhaust header shown in the pic needs cut and weld for both alignment at the cyl head and at the discharge but it is a real good start. I don't have a cast manifold. But before proceeding, I would appreciate all advice, suggestions, instructions that anyone can offer. Many thanks Murray

That is NOT a Jensen-Healey header. I don't know exactly what it is off of but with that orientation and bends it would have never come off of a JH.
