S2000 Style Shift Knob?

Is anyone aware of an S2000 style shift knob that is compatible with the Evora (and has the correct shift pattern)? Looking for elongated aluminum or titanium rather than stock leather ball style.

OEM Honda S2000 Titanium Shift Knob - 2005-2009 S2000 Interior

Thanks!

You can get the Sport Racer shift ball from Lotus, it's made of aluminum.
The shift knob most are using on the Evora are actually taken from an Exige (not the V6 Cup) and can be purchases through Lotus.
Does anyone know of a leather-covered, round one that works in our cars? I find the rock-hard, egg-shaped OEM one to be really uncomfortable in my hand. I don't want all-metal. Thanks.
This is the Sport Racer shift ball from Lotus. It has the proper pattern but is not elongated.

What did you use for the Orange covering on the center shifter panel ?
It looks like a close match to the Chrome Orange paint.

It is Chrome Orange paint.
While I was having my wing painted, I bought an extra HVAC finisher panel and had it color matched. I really like that it brought color into the interior.

I want one that's like my 350Z or even the Boxster. Both of those knobs are way more comfortable for long drives with frequent shifting. Anyone seen anything similar that would work?

Companies like MOMO make all kinds of shifter knobs with universal attachments, take a look at those and you can probably find something. Since the EVORA has the shift pattern below the shifter, you don't need one with a pattern.

TSX knob is great, but wrong pattern...

Grind off the R and paint a new one on ;)

The Evora really needs one that works with the reverse lockout collar though.

MOMO had this knob that would work.

It is called the MOMO Race AIR [lift reverse]

It's funny you posted that as I remember really loving the feel of my 350z shift knob. In fact when I totalled the car on track and sold it for scrap the only thing I kept from it was the shift knob. When the guy that bought the scrap from me asked "I noticed the shift knob was missing, do you know where it is?" Why yes, yes I do - it's on my desk where it will stay as a memorial!

And while I don't like the look of the Boxster shift knob you'er right that it has a really nice feel. I do like the ball in the Exige but it definitely can get either hot or cold depending on ambien/sun temps. An old Lemons racer I had used an elongated knob like you're asking about and it was pretty comfortable.

Let us know what you find...

Do you have more pictures of your interior? Did you only paint that surface or also the dashboard aluminium plate with the buttons?

Sorry but I only have some cellphone pics right now.

I only painted the HVAC (center console) finisher panel.
The orange plays off the outside body color, but the shift knob, shift boot ring and AC switches etc still tie it into the silver/aluminum look of the rest of the dash.
