Ran the AC system the other day. Next day noticed a small puddle of water just below the AC compressor. I thought any dripping would be coming from the heater evap housing near the footwell.

The hoses (low pressure) can get 'frosty' in areas of high humidity. Just the process of topping up the refrigerant for 15 - 20 minutes makes the drops start to collect on the hose.

Our condensation 'pan' (the tray that collects water) under the dash 'sweats' too, I think Lotus glued in the drain hose too high, creating a 'lake' of cold water. :mad:

Those hoses are normally hidden by the engine bay undertray.
